When we purchased the 9th & Idaho Center, one of the elements of the building that our group felt needed a refresher was the lobby. The old lobby (pictured below-left) was dark, cramped, and did not have a welcoming feel to it. The two images on the right are of our renovated lobby, finished in 2017. Our goals for the renovation were as follows:

• Create a warm and welcoming environment
• Raise the ceiling to add height to the lobby
• Remove the brick pillars to add space to the lobby
• Make our lobby brighter
• Modernize the furniture and artwork
• Create a unified and modern design with materials and paint colors
