H&S Financial Corporation at its core has been a real estate development firm. Starting back in the early 1970’s, H&S Financial Corporation has developed and financed dozens of commercial and residential projects.
Some noteworthy commercial projects have included the +160,000 square foot Grant Creek Shopping Center in Missoula, Montana, the nearly 160,000 square foot Bridger Peaks Town Center in Bozeman, Montana, and the +17,000 square foot Mission Square Shopping Center in San Diego California. In addition to ground up development, H&S Financial Corporation has overseen many improvements, expansions and modifications to its portfolio properties.
Noteworthy residential projects have included The Pines housing development in Ketchum, Idaho, consisting of over 20 single family houses. The Frenchman’s development in Ketchum, Idaho with 10 homes, and The Crown Ranch development in Sun Valley, Idaho which had more than 30 single family homes and numerous spec and custom houses.
Before H&S Financial Corporation, Hal McNee worked as the Vice President of Development for Cannon Development Corporation, one of the largest apartment development companies in the Southwest, developing numerous residential apartment complexes in the South-Western United States.
